Booking & Reservations

You can book directly through our website by visiting the Listings page, selecting your preferred property, and using the availability calendar to choose your dates. Booking direct gives you the best available rate with no third-party platform fees. You can also reach us at [email protected] if you have questions before committing.

Our properties are designed for extended stays with a typical minimum of 30 nights. This makes them ideal for business travelers, traveling nurses, contractors, and families on temporary relocation. Shorter stays may occasionally be available — contact us to check.

Yes. We regularly host corporate teams, project crews, and traveling professionals. If you need multiple units or have specific corporate billing requirements, please email us at [email protected] and we'll work with you directly to accommodate your group.

Payment methods are handled through the booking platform at checkout. For direct bookings, we accept major credit cards. If you have specific invoicing or corporate payment needs, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Cancellation terms vary by booking channel and length of stay. Full details are displayed at the time of booking. For direct bookings, please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change — we handle each situation fairly and transparently.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 2:00 PM is available as a benefit of booking direct, subject to the property being ready. Late check-out requests can be accommodated when the schedule allows — just let us know in advance.

No key exchange is required. All properties use smart lock technology for fully self-directed check-in. After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a unique access code and detailed arrival instructions by email. You can arrive at your convenience within your check-in window.

You'll receive a direct host contact number with your booking confirmation. If you experience any access issues upon arrival, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible — typically within minutes.

Properties & Amenities

All PreparedPads properties come fully furnished and equipped for comfortable extended living — all furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet), a fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and a starter supply of essentials such as toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies.

Yes — all properties include dedicated off-street parking. Specific details (driveway, garage, or designated space) are noted on each individual property listing page.

Pets are welcome at select properties. Please check the individual listing or contact us before booking to confirm the pet policy, any applicable fees, and any breed or size restrictions.

Yes. Our properties are set up with business travelers and remote workers in mind. Each home includes high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace. Some properties also feature a standing desk — details are listed on each property page.

During Your Stay

You'll receive a direct host contact number with your booking confirmation for urgent matters. For non-urgent requests, you can also reach us at [email protected]. We aim to respond promptly and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Properties are prepared to hotel-standard condition before your arrival. Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for longer stays — please inquire at the time of booking or contact us during your stay to arrange a schedule.

Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Please reach out as early as possible — ideally at least two weeks before your current checkout date — so we can confirm availability and update your booking without interruption.

Property Owners

PreparedPads manages your property on your behalf, handling everything from guest sourcing and vetting to cleaning, maintenance coordination, and ongoing communication. We maintain your property to hotel-standard condition throughout our agreement so you don't have to worry about day-to-day management.

We work with residential properties in the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA areas — typically homes, apartments, and suites suitable for extended-stay guests. If you're unsure whether your property is a fit, reach out and we'll be happy to discuss.
