Our fully furnished homes come equipped with all the necessary amenities, including furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, bedding, and towels. Some additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a washer and dryer.

Our rental rates vary depending on the location, size, and length of stay. We strive to be transparent about our fees and charges, and any additional fees like cleaning fees or security deposits will be clearly listed in the rental agreement.

Availability varies by property, and we recommend checking our website or contacting our customer service team to inquire about specific dates. The minimum stay requirement is 30-days.

The booking process is easy and can be completed directly on our website. Once you have found a property that you like, simply select your desired dates and follow the prompts to complete the reservation.

You will be assigned a unique code to the smartlock at your desired property for the duration of your stay. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am but this can be flexible. You will be sent all check-in and check-out instructions via email.

We have a dedicated maintenance and emergency contact number that you can call if you need assistance during your stay. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you with any issues that may arise.
